With decades of experience in the restaurant world, Paulie knows his way around a kitchen, a dining room, and a wine list. He brings the East Coast flavor—the bold, the rich, the unforgettable.
Then there’s Jamie, Johnny, and Jake—three Chicago boys through and through. Jamie's a maestro of hospitality, with years in entertainment and service under his belt. He’s the guy who knows how to make you feel like the most important person in the room (even if you’re just there for the meatballs). Johnny and Jake? These two built more than just businesses—they built reputations. From construction to all things entrepreneurial, they know how to take a big idea and make it concrete. Literally.
